This is our custom designed updated OEM gasket. When we redesigned this gasket we made changes to the coolant ports to prevent head gasket failures under higher than stock boost levels. In addition, we added MLX technology to our gaskets to allow even more clamping force and increased strength even in extreme boost pressure situations.
This Gasket is designed for OEM Head bolts or upgraded Studs.
**Will Not Fit .500in Studs please refer to our .500 gasket if needed.
MLX (Multi-Layer Stopper) Technology:
These gaskets utilize an integrated stopper layer for combustion chamber sealing and improved clamp load around the cylinder without increasing bore distortion. MLX technology can be found in some head gaskets and are made from the same materials as our MLS Head Gaskets. No sealants or re-torque required.
